💰 Fee Reimbursement Structure

Reimbursement over 3 years:

• 1st year: 25% of program fee
• 2nd year: 35% of program fee
• 3rd year: 40% of program fee

📅 Program Stages & Stipend

Phase 1: Pre-Read Sessions

• Duration: 15 days
• Type: Online preparatory sessions

Phase 2: Campus Training

• Duration: 30 days on campus
• Location: Manipal Academy of BFSI, Bengaluru
• Stipend: ₹5,000 per month

Phase 3: Internship

• Duration: 30 days
• Stipend: ₹10,000 per month

Phase 4: On-the-Job Training (OJT)

• Duration: 3 months
• Stipend: ₹16,000 per month

💳 Program Fees & Payment

Total Program Fee: ₹99,000 + GST

Self-Fund Payment Plan:

1. Registration Amount – ₹10,000 (On receiving Provisional Offer Letter)
2. First Installment – ₹44,500 (Before pre-read session begins)
3. Second Installment – ₹44,500 (10 Days within batch start)

📝 Registration Process

Step 1: Registration

Register by completing the online application form. Note: Application completion doesn’t guarantee selection.

Step 2: Assessment & Interviews

Round 1: Conducted by Manipal personnel for job readiness and grooming
Round 2: Interview by TATA AIG personnel for employability check

Step 3: Campus Onboarding

• Selected candidates receive admission letter
• Pay ₹10,000 registration fee to book seat
• Begin 15 days pre-read sessions
• Report to Manipal campus for 30-day training

Step 4: Join TATA AIG

• Start 30-day internship with stipend
• Begin 3-month OJT with stipend
• Become full-time employee with salary

Job Description:

Business Development:

• Frontline sales role building agent networks
• Recruit, onboard, and manage agent performance
• Market mapping and agent acquisition
• Agent training and activation
• Business growth through active agents

Requirements:

• Stretched working hours/weekend work may be required
• Field-based role with market engagement

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Age: 30 Years or younger
• Education: Full-time graduation degree from recognized university
• Restriction: No immediate relatives working at TATA AIG
