Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs and admission processes
Handle inbound and outbound calls for lead conversion
Guide students in choosing the right courses and career paths
Maintain and update student records in CRM
Achieve admission and enrollment targets
Follow up with leads and ensure strong engagement
