Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-technical mid-level and leadership positions
• Manage lateral hiring requirements across business functions
• Collaborate closely with business leaders and stakeholders for hiring strategies
• Drive strategic recruitment initiatives for critical and niche roles
• Manage candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Ensure excellent candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring process

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Non-Tech Mid-Level and Leadership Hiring
• Hands-on expertise in stakeholder management and strategic recruitment
• Experience handling end-to-end recruitment for critical roles
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
