Associate Creative Director – 3D Design with strong experience in live events, exhibitions, and brand activations.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in conceptualizing and designing immersive event experiences, beyond visualization and rendering work.

Job Details

• Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
• Experience: 10–14 Years
• CTC: ₹11 – ₹18 LPA
• Working Days: 5 Days/Week
• Notice Period: Maximum 30 Days
• Outstation Candidates: Allowed
• Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview

• Design immersive event and activation environments
• Create stage concepts, exhibition layouts, and stall designs
• Develop branding layouts and experiential visual concepts
• Create mood boards, mock-ups, and pitch-ready presentations
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Copywriters, and Production teams
• Ensure designs are execution-ready and structurally feasible
• Maintain consistency across creative outputs and event branding

Mandatory Experience

• 10+ years of experience in 3D design for Events, Activations, or Exhibitions
• Strong expertise in stage design, stall design, exhibition layouts, and branding
• Hands-on experience creating presentation-ready event visuals
• Strong portfolio showcasing executed event and activation projects
• Understanding of structural production and on-ground execution feasibility

Mandatory Skills

• 3DS Max with V-Ray
• Blender
• AutoCAD and Photoshop
• Layout planning and structural production understanding
• Strong creative visualization and design execution skills

Preferred Skills

• Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Understanding of real-world event production constraints
• Ability to collaborate across creative and execution teams
