About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Business Analyst – IT with strong healthcare domain expertise to join our growing team at Stemz Healthcare. If you have experience working with hospitals, healthcare clinics, or healthcare IT systems and enjoy collaborating with technical and business teams, this opportunity is for you.

🔹 Primary Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements and enhancement requests

• Define and document functional requirements and risk analysis

• Work closely with development teams, SMEs, and stakeholders to clarify user stories and resolve issues

• Create and execute test cases including unit, functional, integration, smoke, and performance testing

• Prepare and maintain test data and testing artifacts

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project activities

• Support smooth implementation and rollout of projects

• Document daily activities and project updates

🔹 Reporting Structure

• Direct Reporting: Head – IT

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Requirement gathering and analysis

• QA testing and validation of products

• Documentation management

• Client interaction and coordination

• Requirement understanding based on functional documents (FDs)

• Coordination with development teams for issue resolution

🔹 Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business Management, Healthcare, IT, or related field

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst in Healthcare IT

• Mandatory experience in hospitals, healthcare clinics, or healthcare organizations

• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and systems

• Proficiency in MS Office tools
