🔹 Key Responsibilities

| BIS Reports | Handle and coordinate BIS-related reports, documentation & compliance requirements |
| FMTTI Reports | Manage FMTTI testing/reporting requirements and coordinate with concerned departments/agencies |
| Documentation Review | Review technical specifications, test reports, certificates and compliance documents |
| Coordination | Coordinate with BIS, FMTTI/testing agencies, government departments and internal technical teams |
| GeM & Tenders | Support preparation and submission of documents required for GeM & government tenders |
| Tender Analysis | Analyze tender requirements related to BIS, FMTTI, technical specifications, eligibility & compliance |
| Internal Coordination | Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Finance, Legal & Operations teams for timely documentation |
| Tracking | Track report status, approvals, observations, clarifications and follow-ups |
| Record Keeping | Maintain proper records of BIS/FMTTI reports, certificates, tender documents & compliance files |
| GeM Order Processing | Support GeM order processing and government/institutional business activities |
🔹 What We’re Looking For
Hands-on experience in BIS Reports & FMTTI Reports
Understanding of BIS standards, testing & certification documentation
Experience coordinating with testing/certification agencies
Knowledge of GeM & Government Tender processes
Strong documentation, compliance & follow-up skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Office
Ability to manage multiple reports, documents and deadlines
⭐ Preferred Experience
Experience in BIS/FMTTI compliance, agricultural machinery/equipment, government tenders, GeM, testing & certification, institutional sales or agri/rural business will be an advantage.
🎓 Education
Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Agriculture, Engineering or a related field.
