✅ Mandatory Experience: 2 – 3 Years (in CP4BA & OpenShift)

We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer – Enterprise Content Management with hands-on experience in IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4BA) and Red Hat OpenShift administration/support.

🔹 Required Skills

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support IBM CP4BA platform operations

• Perform Red Hat OpenShift administration and support tasks

• Monitor platform health, apply patches, and resolve technical issues

• Lead incident management and root cause analysis efforts

• Handle certificate renewals and access management

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations

🔹 Good to Have (Preferred Skills)

⭐ Experience working in enterprise production support environments
⭐ Exposure to DevOps or middleware administration
⭐ Understanding of infrastructure and cloud operations

🔹 Eligibility Criteria

• 3–5 years of total relevant experience

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with IBM CP4BA and Red Hat OpenShift

• Strong troubleshooting and platform management skills

🔹 Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

• Certifications in IBM Cloud Pak or OpenShift (good to have)

• Experience in enterprise content management or business automation
