🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Originate and win new Investment Banking mandates
✅ Build strong relationships with Founders, CEOs, PE/VC Funds, Family Offices & Strategic Investors
✅ Lead transactions end-to-end – valuation, structuring, investor outreach, negotiations and closure
✅ Own and develop the Consumer or BFSI sector franchise
✅ Build a strong long-term deal pipeline
✅ Lead, mentor and develop high-performing teams
✅ Represent the firm at industry forums and build market visibility
🔹 What We’re Looking For

| Commercial Acumen | Excellent negotiation and commercial judgment |
| Leadership | Experience managing and mentoring teams |
| Travel | Willingness to travel domestically & internationally |
| Qualification | MBA / CA / CFA preferred |
