Domestic IT Recruiter to join its growing Talent Acquisition team in Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end domestic IT recruitment and be comfortable working in a fast-paced hiring environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end domestic IT recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking channels
• Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on technical and business requirements
• Conduct HR screening calls and assess candidate fitment
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback collection
• Negotiate compensation and drive offer closures
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and niche requirements
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities
• Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS updates, and hiring reports
• Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment for the India market
• Strong sourcing skills using Naukri and LinkedIn
• Experience hiring for technologies such as Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Testing, Data, and SAP
• Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in C2H and Full-Time hiring preferred

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period
• Prior experience in service-based hiring environments
• Comfortable working from office in Hyderabad
