Role Overview

• Support planning and execution of large-scale events and conferences
• Coordinate event logistics, operations, and on-ground activities
• Work with internal teams and stakeholders for smooth event execution
• Assist in outreach programs and special event initiatives
• Ensure seamless event coordination and attendee experience
• Support communication, scheduling, and event documentation
