CK Birla Hospital, Jaipur is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Facility Manager to join our team.

📍 Position Details

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Manage overall facility operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning

Oversee housekeeping, security, engineering, maintenance, and other facility-related services

Ensure compliance with hospital safety, hygiene, statutory, and regulatory requirements

Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors/service providers

Monitor facility maintenance, infrastructure, utilities, and preventive maintenance schedules

Drive service quality, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives

Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for patients, visitors, and employees

🔹 Qualification & Experience

Education:
BHM (Bachelor of Hotel Management)

MBA in Healthcare Management

Experience:
10–15 years of relevant experience, preferably in facility management within the healthcare/hospital industry

Strong operational, vendor-management, coordination, and people-management skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
