🚀 We’re Hiring | General Manager – Operations (Pan India)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented General Manager – Operations to lead our Integrated Facility Management (IFM) operations across India.

📍 Position Details

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead and manage Pan-India IFM operations across multiple client locations
✔ Drive operational excellence, service quality, and customer satisfaction
✔ Manage large teams and ensure effective manpower deployment
✔ Monitor SLAs, KPIs, compliance, and service delivery standards
✔ Handle client relationships, business reviews, and escalations
✔ Ensure statutory, labor law, and EHS compliance across all sites
✔ Drive cost optimization, budgeting, and operational profitability
✔ Support mobilization and transition of new projects

🔹 Desired Profile

🔹 Proven experience in Integrated Facility Management (IFM)
🔹 Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
🔹 Experience managing multi-location operations and large workforce teams
🔹 Sound knowledge of:

• Soft Services

• Technical Services

• Security

• Compliance Management
  🔹 Commercial acumen with exposure to P&L management

🔹 Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)

• 12–18 years of experience in IFM or related facility management industry

• Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-site operations
