🔹 Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end payroll management for multiple regions
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory requirements
Manage payroll processing, reconciliations, and reporting
Coordinate with local vendors and internal stakeholders
Handle employee queries related to payroll, taxation, and benefits
Ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery
Stay updated on regulatory changes impacting payroll in relevant geographies
🔹 Requirements
