About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic professional to lead the Credit Control and Accounts Receivable function. The ideal candidate will have deep exposure to manufacturing operations, strong financial acumen, and hands-on experience with SAP systems. This role is critical in ensuring effective credit risk management, timely collections, and optimized working capital.

• Lead and manage the Credit Control & Accounts Receivable function

• Develop and implement credit risk management policies

• Ensure timely collections and optimize working capital

• Monitor customer credit limits, payment terms, and outstanding receivables

• Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams for seamless processes

• Oversee SAP-based credit control and AR modules

• Prepare and present receivables reports, aging analysis, and DSO metrics

• Drive process improvements and automation in credit control

• Handle dispute resolution and negotiation with clients

🔹 Preferred Qualifications

• CA / MBA Finance from a recognized institute

• 12+ years of progressive experience in credit control and AR

• Deep understanding of manufacturing industry financial operations

• Expertise in SAP (FI/CO, SD modules) and Tally

• Experience in team handling and stakeholder management at senior levels
