🔹 Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end HR across both plants
Drive labour law, statutory compliance & contract labour management
Manage industrial relations, grievances & workforce matters
Lead hiring, HRMS implementation and HR process development
Partner with leadership on workforce and people priorities
🔹 Ideal Profile
12–15 years of HR experience with strong manufacturing/plant exposure
Strong hands-on experience in IR, contract labour & statutory compliance
Experience managing multiple plant locations
Strong stakeholder management and shop-floor orientation
MBA/PG in HR preferred
