Strong workforce & manpower planning exposure
Hands-on employee lifecycle & employee relations experience
Exposure to talent management, succession planning & organizational design
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Understanding of the Payments / FinTech / Banking ecosystem
⭐ Added Advantage
Candidates from South India or with significant experience working across the South region
Proficiency in regional languages such as Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, etc.
