Hiring – HR Executive (Talent Acquisition & HR Operations)

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented
HR Executive to support Talent Acquisition, Employee Onboarding, HR Operations, and Employee Engagement initiatives.

The role involves approximately 60% Talent Acquisition and 40% HR Operations responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end IT recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer roll-out
  • Coordinate with external recruitment vendors for hiring requirements
  • Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and social media platforms
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and candidate databases

2. Employee Onboarding

  • Handle pre-joining formalities, induction sessions, and onboarding documentation
  • Coordinate with Admin, IT, and Finance teams for smooth onboarding experience
  • Maintain onboarding trackers and HRMS updates

3. HR Operations

  • Maintain employee data, HRMS records, and personnel files
  • Prepare HR reports, MIS, and operational trackers
  • Support compliance documentation and record management activities

4. Employee Engagement

  • Plan and execute employee engagement and welfare activities
  • Support internal HR initiatives and communication programs
  • Collect employee feedback to improve workplace engagement

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in IT recruitment and HR generalist activities
  • Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn
  • Experience using HRMS tools and HR operations systems
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
  • Ability to multitask in fast-paced work environments
