🔹 What We’re Looking For
✔ 12+ years of experience in Industrial Relations & Labour Management
✔ Strong exposure to union handling, labour laws, compliance, and government liaison
✔ Experience in the chemical or manufacturing industry preferred
🎓 Qualification
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Labour Welfare, Industrial Relations, Law, or related field
