We are looking for enthusiastic and driven IT Recruiters.

📍 Position Details

🔹 What You’ll Be Doing

Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions

Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and other channels

Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate discussions

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

Work closely with the team to understand requirements and close positions within timelines

🔹 What We’re Looking For

1–5 years of experience in IT recruitment

Freshers with a strong interest in recruitment are also welcomed

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills

Willingness to work from office in Bangalore

Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
