| Joining | Immediate joiners are highly preferred |
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle
Source candidates through portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers for requirement understanding
Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication
Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
Close positions within defined timelines
🔹 Eligibility Criteria
3–4 years of experience in IT recruitment
Strong understanding of technical roles and skills
Excellent sourcing and networking abilities
Hyderabad-based or willing to relocate
