Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-user IT support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
- Manage desktop and laptop troubleshooting activities
- Handle Windows and Linux system administration tasks
- Configure, maintain, and monitor servers and network infrastructure
- Troubleshoot connectivity and networking issues
- Support IT operations across campus or organizational infrastructure
- Ensure smooth functioning of systems, devices, and communication networks
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and technical support
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, and VLAN
- Hands-on experience in desktop and laptop troubleshooting
- Experience with Windows and Linux system administration
- Knowledge of server configuration and maintenance
- Strong IT support and connectivity troubleshooting skills
- Ability to provide effective user support and issue resolution
Preferred Experience
- Experience working in educational institutions, universities, colleges, or campus environments
- Familiarity with supporting faculty, students, classrooms, labs, and campus IT infrastructure
