Position: L2 IT Support Engineer
Experience: 0 – 2 Years
Location: Gurugram
Work Mode: WFO (Work From Office)
Employment Type: Full-Time
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Provide L2 support for escalated incidents and service requests
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, OS & network issues
Support Windows, Linux, and Mac environments
Manage Google Workspace (G Suite) services
Ensure endpoint security & smooth IT operations
Maintain documentation and asset inventory
Coordinate with teams and vendors for issue resolution
🛠️ Key Skills Required
Windows / Linux / Mac OS support
Google Workspace (G Suite)
Network fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, Wi-Fi)
Endpoint management & antivirus tools
Ticket handling and escalation support
Hardware troubleshooting & system diagnostics
Strong communication and troubleshooting abilities
