We’re looking for an HR professional who is passionate about Performance Management, HR Process Excellence, and building scalable people practices.

📍 Position Details

🔹 In This Role, You Will Have the Opportunity To:

🔹 Drive the end-to-end Performance Management cycle

🔹 Strengthen goal setting, performance reviews, calibration & appraisal processes

🔹 Develop and standardise HR processes, SOPs and governance frameworks

🔹 Identify opportunities to simplify and improve HR processes

🔹 Partner with stakeholders to create impactful and consistent employee practices

🔹 What We’re Looking For

📌 5–10 years of relevant HR experience

📌 MBA / PG in HR

📌 Strong understanding of Performance Management & HR processes

📌 Ability to drive process improvements and work effectively with stakeholders
