About the Role

We are hiring a Lead / Manager – Product Design for CIMET, building high-impact consumer experiences across comparison, onboarding, and conversion journeys in B2C fintech platforms.

🔹 What We Are Looking For

Experience & Leadership

✔ 8+ years in Product Design (UI/UX) with 3+ years in design leadership
✔ End-to-end ownership of web + mobile product journeys
✔ Strong UI craft + deep UX psychology expertise
✔ Experience building production-grade design systems (tokens, components, engineering handoff)
✔ Strong design leadership: critique culture, mentoring, quality ownership
✔ Ability to influence VP Product / CTO-level stakeholders with design rationale + data

🔹 Must-Have Portfolio Requirements

✔ 2+ end-to-end transactional consumer journeys
✔ Design system work with engineering integration
✔ Mobile-first product experience
✔ Measurable UX / conversion impact (metrics-driven case studies)

🔹 Preferred (Good to Have)

⭐ Experience with AI design tools (Figma Make, generative UI)
⭐ Working knowledge of HTML/CSS & design tokens
⭐ Degree in Design (B.Des / M.Des / HCI preferred)
