We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented
Lead Software Compliance Analyst to join our team in Bangalore.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in software compliance, licensing agreements, Software Asset Management (SAM), and automation technologies.

• Work Mode: Work from Office (5 Days a Week)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor software compliance and licensing activities
• Analyze software licensing agreements for end-user, server, platform, and SaaS environments
• Handle Software Asset Management (SAM) processes and normalization activities
• Work with IBM ILMT, Oracle, and Microsoft licensing frameworks
• Support automation and AI-driven compliance initiatives
• Maintain software inventory accuracy and compliance reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure licensing compliance across systems
• Manage and optimize ServiceNow SAM processes and workflows

Required Skills

• SME-level expertise in Software Compliance and Licensing Agreements
• Strong knowledge of IBM ILMT, Oracle Licensing, and Microsoft Licensing
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM
• Understanding of SAM normalization and software models
• Experience in Automation and AI technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
