🔹 Key Responsibilities
Plan, design, and oversee MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems for high-rise residential projects
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors for MEP integration
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and quality norms
Manage MEP project timelines, budgets, and resources
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
Review and approve MEP drawings and specifications
