🔹 Key Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment for non-tech roles across consulting and EAG verticals
Sourcing candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), referrals, and social media
Screening resumes and conducting initial telephonic interviews
Coordinating with hiring managers for requirement gathering and feedback
Scheduling interviews and managing candidate communication
Offer negotiation and closure
Maintaining recruitment MIS and trackers

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
Experience working with consulting firms or recruitment agencies
Strong network in non-tech talent pools
