🔹 Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for non-tech roles across consulting and EAG verticals

• Sourcing candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), referrals, and social media

• Screening resumes and conducting initial telephonic interviews

• Coordinating with hiring managers for requirement gathering and feedback

• Scheduling interviews and managing candidate communication

• Offer negotiation and closure

• Maintaining recruitment MIS and trackers

🔹 Required Skills

🔹 Eligibility Criteria

• 3–6 years of experience in non-tech recruitment

• Experience in consulting or EAG (Enterprise Advisory Group) domain preferred

• Hyderabad-based or willing to relocate

• Available to join within 0–15 days

🔹 Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field

• Experience working with consulting firms or recruitment agencies

• Strong network in non-tech talent pools
