HRMSMaintain employee records in HRMS/HR portals and ensure data accuracy
ReportingPrepare onboarding trackers, MIS & reports
EngagementPlan and execute employee engagement activities, events and initiatives
FeedbackConduct engagement surveys and gather feedback
CultureEnhance employee experience and foster a positive work culture
CoordinationCoordinate with Recruitment, HR, Payroll and other internal teams
ComplianceEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures

🔹 Key Requirements
