đź’ˇ What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end performance testing: Requirement Analysis, Scripting, Execution, and Result Analysis
Analyze test results, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate with development teams for bug fixes
Replicate production performance traffic models in test environments
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Design and execute performance test strategies for enterprise applications
Identify system bottlenecks and recommend performance improvements
Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams
Prepare performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders
Ensure applications meet performance SLAs under high load
🔹 Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
5–12 years of hands-on experience in performance testing
Strong expertise in LoadRunner and APM tools
Experience in Finance/Banking domain (preferred)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
