| Soft Skills | Excellent communication, influencing, coordination, documentation, and presentation skills |
| Joining | Should be able to join in 7–30 days |
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment for MSP clients
Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand requirements
Use VMS platforms (Fieldglass, Beeline, IQNavigator) for candidate submission and tracking
Coordinate interviews, offer management, and onboarding
Maintain recruitment trackers and reporting
Build strong relationships with stakeholders
