Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for sales and business roles
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
• Screen profiles and conduct initial HR discussions
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• Manage offer roll-outs and onboarding coordination
• Maintain recruitment trackers and talent pipelines

Required Skills

• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work in fast-paced hiring environments
