🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into product specifications

• Create PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Work closely with Salesforce CRM systems and drive integrations

• Map customer journeys and optimize business processes

• Lead UAT, testing, and requirements management

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments

• Manage stakeholder communication and expectations

• Utilize tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma for documentation and design

🔹 Eligibility Criteria

• 7–9 years of experience in product/business analysis

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (Revenue Cloud/CPQ preferred)

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Experience in CRM and enterprise system integrations

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Bengaluru/Hyderabad-based or willing to relocate

• Experience with Digital Commerce platforms

• Exposure to AI-powered tools and technologies

• Salesforce certifications
