🔹 Key Responsibilities
Monitor and track SLP & loss prevention activities
Manage CCTV monitoring and investigation
Track MIS/LSP loss and ensure recovery
Ensure SOP compliance and conduct station audits
Investigate missing shipments and resolve discrepancies
Coordinate with Ops & DAs for smooth operations
Prepare reports and maintain records
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements
🔹 Requirements
1+ year of relevant experience in Logistics / Last Mile
Good knowledge of SLP, loss prevention and CCTV monitoring
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
🔹 Eligibility Criteria
1+ year of experience in Logistics / Last Mile operations
Knowledge of SLP and loss prevention processes
Bangalore-based or willing to relocate
Immediate joiners preferred
