🔧 Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Small Motor Development Engineer with strong hands-on experience in electric motor design and development for automotive applications.

🎯 Target Profile

Strong Knowledge of:

• Winding design

• Magnets

• Loss calculations

• Basic electromagnetics

• Experience working with inverter / motor drive / control teams

• Strong expertise in BLDC / PMDC / PMSM motor types (at least 1–2 types)

🌟 Preferred / Senior Profile

• ✅ Strong hands-on development experience (not only theory)

• ✅ Practical R&D exposure in motors or actuator systems

• ✅ Readiness to work in Pune R&D setup

🔹 Key Responsibilities (Implied)

• Design and develop small electric motors for automotive/e-mobility applications

• Perform motor winding design, magnet selection, and loss calculations

• Collaborate with inverter, motor drive, and control teams

• Conduct testing, validation, and optimization of motor performance

• (For senior profiles) Integrate motors with gear systems, lead screws, sensors, and controllers

🔹 Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical / EEE / Electronics Engineering

• 2–10 years of relevant experience (experience level based on profile)

• Hands-on expertise in BLDC, PMDC, or PMSM motors

• Strong understanding of electromagnetics and motor physics
