We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to handle end-to-end recruitment across Sales, CRM, Engineering, Projects, QS, Procurement, Design, Accounts, Legal & Corporate functions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for multiple functions
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), referrals, and social media
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers for requirement gathering and feedback
Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication
Negotiate offers and close positions within TAT
Maintain recruitment MIS and trackers
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
🔹 Eligibility Criteria
3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
Strong sourcing and screening skills
Experience in Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure / EPC industry preferred
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and ATS tools
