| Sourcing | Strong candidate database, headhunting, and sourcing expertise |
| Communication | Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills |
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end technical recruitment for India and USA markets
Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Dice, and other platforms
Conduct technical screening and assess candidate skills
Coordinate with hiring managers for requirement understanding
Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
🔹 Eligibility Criteria
Proven experience in technical recruitment (India & USA markets)
Strong understanding of IT technologies and roles
Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms
Excellent communication and engagement skills
Hyderabad-based or willing to relocate
