Job Title: Software Developer

Experience Level: 5+ Years

Qualifications: • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.

Salary: upto Rs. 6 LPA + incentives.

Location: Hosur

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications that meet business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure solutions align with project goals.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to ensure optimal performance and
reliability.
• Implement and maintain database systems and write SQL queries to manage and
retrieve data.
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to best coding practices.
• Follow the software development lifecycle (SDLC) process, ensuring timely delivery
of software updates and releases.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends to incorporate them into
development practices.
• Contribute to problem-solving and offer innovative solutions to technical challenges.

Shift Details:
The role requires working in rotational shifts, with four shifts in total:
• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• General Shift: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Required Skills and Experience:
• Programming Languages: Proficiency in at least one programming language relevant to the project (e.g., .NET, Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, etc.).
• Frameworks and Libraries: Familiarity with relevant frameworks and libraries (e.g., Spring Boot, React, Node.js, Django).
• Database Management: Experience with database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and the ability to write complex SQL queries.
• Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): Strong understanding of SDLC phases, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Version Control: Proficiency with Git or similar version control systems.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and
resolve technical issues.

Desirable Skills:
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
