- in shall not be responsible for the quality of services provided by the Restaurant, and the same shall be the sole responsibility of the Restaurant.

- in coupons are redeemable in their entirety only and may not be redeemed incrementally.
- in coupons can be redeemed only after due verification of the customer including, without limitation, matching the unique identification number provided to the customer at the time of purchase of Gingerjobs.in deals.
- Validity period for redemption of Gingerjobs.in Coupons is determined by Restaurants, and shall be mentioned on Gingerjobs.in deals.
- Use of Gingerjobs.in Coupons for alcoholic beverages is at the sole discretion of the Restaurant and is further subject to all applicable laws.
- It is at the discretion of the Restaurant to determine whether Gingerjobs.in Coupons can be combined with any other Restaurant coupons, third party coupons, coupons, or promotions and the like.
- in Coupons cannot be used for taxes, tips or prior balances, unless permitted by the Restaurant.
- in Coupons are valid for dine-in only unless otherwise stated.
- The issuing of restaurant credit is at the sole discretion of the Restaurant.

The following shall constitute as Standard Terms and Conditions for redeeming Gingerjobs.in Coupons for purchasing goods and/or services from Institutions other than Restaurants:
- in shall not be responsible for the quality of products and/or services provided by the Institution, and the same shall be the sole responsibility of the Institution.

- Points for Users
Gingerjobs.in shall give the users 250 points for each deal contributed and added by the user. The users shall also be given 1000 points if a user invites his/her friend to contribute a deal and the deal included by Gingerjobs.in on its website.
The user may redeem the points to purchase deals from Gingerjobs.ins website, subject to a maximum of 5,000 points, in the ratio of 10:1, i.e. 10 points shall be equal to 1 rupee only. For example, 250 points equals 25 rupees only.
