Educational Qualification

  • Full-time graduation in any discipline from a recognized university

Age Limit

  • Minimum: 21 years
  • Maximum: 28 years (varies by program – see below), 30 years for few selected programs

CIBIL Score Requirement

  • Axis YBP: 700+ or no existing score (0 or -1)
  • HDFC Future Bankers 2.0: 720+ or no existing score (0 or -1)

Other Requirements

  • Willing to relocate to Bengaluru for 2-4 months campus training

Kotak Mahindra Bank Programs

  • Education: Graduate (50%+ preferred)

IDFC FIRST Bank Elevate Program 

  • Education: Graduate with 50%+
  • Age: 23-28 years (experienced candidates preferred)

  • Age: 21-27 years
  • CIBIL: No specific requirement

  • Aadhaar card (for address and age verification)
